What is "Close All"? Why is my position still open after clicking it?

"Close All" is located at the top-right of your position list and closes all open positions at once when clicked.

If a position remains open after clicking it, please try the following:

1. Check Positions to confirm the remaining instrument and quantity.
2. Check Open Orders, Order History, and Trade History for the close-order status and fill quantity.
3. Note the action time and any page message. Avoid guessing at a cause or resubmitting the close action again until you've reviewed the records above.
4. Refresh once. If the records still don't explain the result, submit a ticket with the instrument, remaining quantity, close-order status, action time, and screenshots.
