Does the Standard account still earn trading points even though it's fee-free?

Yes. Trading points are now calculated based on effective perps trading volume, not trading fees. Even though Standard Accounts don't charge fees, as long as effective perps trading volume reaches 1,000 USDC within the 7-day tracking period, 80 points are still awarded under the current configuration — the same as any other account.
