   • (c)Withhold any funds we suspect were obtained from such activities;
   • (d)Make any corrections or adjustments to your account;
   • (e)Close your account;and/or
   • (f)Take any other action we deem appropriate.

7. Refund and Chargeback Policy

   1. Refund Policy

   • No Trading Activity: If your account has not engaged in any trading activity, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be sent via email to cs@mcmarkets.com, stating the reason for the request. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
   • Refund Process: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit. If we are unable to return funds to the original method, an alternative method will be used in accordance with the circumstances in your jurisdiction.
   • Note: If trading activity has already occurred on the account, refunds cannot be requested, as our services have been fully utilized at that point.

   2. Chargeback Policy

   Chargebacks Deemed Fraudulent: MC Markets views any chargeback initiated after trading activity has occurred as fraudulent. If a chargeback is initiated post-trading, the following measures will be taken:

   • The account will be immediately suspended, and all services terminated.
   • Additional fees will be charged for the time and resources spent processing the chargeback.
   • We may pursue legal action or engage third-party collection agencies to recover losses and report the account to credit bureaus, which may affect your credit score.

   3. Overpayments or Excess Assets

   • In rare cases, if an overpayment or excess funds, digital assets, or fiat currency is credited to your account, you agree to promptly repay the excess amount. MC Markets reserves the right to deduct such amounts from future withdrawals or payable assets.
