• Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app(5+App/Wap2App).During the operation of the application,we need to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to Provide statistical analysis services, improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis, and provide users with better services.
• Generally, we collect personal data that is linked to an individual. For example, an individual's name,identification number,residential address,date of birth,gender,location data,nationality,phone number and email address,income and wealth details,savings and net worth,education,employment,tax,and financial statements,account balances,and trading experience and performance.This is not an exhaustive list and we may collect other types of personal data from you.
• Apart from personal data,we may collect other types of information which is not linked to an individual and which is anonymous.For example,the number of website visitors and the number of website users using a particular service.In this way,we hope to improve our customer service.

• On the "Security Settings" page, locate and click the "Delete Account" button.

Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once the deletion is confirmed by our staff, your account will be permanently inaccessible, and all associated data will be irrevocably removed.

4. Transfer of Personal Data Overseas

• In certain circumstances, we may need to transfer your personal data. Any such transfer of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the law.

The Mobile Smart Terminal Supplementary Device Identification System and SDK strictly abide by relevant laws,regulations,and standards.The SDK does not actively collect any data.It only obtains the following data when the app is called for local processing,and no network transmission will occur:

• Device manufacturer,model,and brand:Used to determine the appropriate terminal call interface.
• Device network operator name:Used to identify the virtual machine environment.
• App package name:Used to verify the app's signature.

For the implementation of additional features and to ensure the secure operation of our application, third-party software development kits (SDKs) are used.We take your privacy seriously. We implement rigorous security protocols and perform thorough assessments of third-party SDKs to ensure the protection of your data.

This agreement will govern all dealings between MC Markets ('we', 'us' and 'our' as appropriate) and the applicant customer ('you', 'your', 'yours' and 'yourself' as appropriate) during the application process.
